This was my postpartum journey after my second little girl was born—there are 18 months between these two pictures.

During my pregnancy and the early postpartum days, I worried so much about whether I’d ever get my pre-pregnancy body back. It felt like such a big thing at the time!

And while it’s true that my body looks a little different now, I’ve realized that different doesn’t mean worse. In fact, I’ve regained my confidence, and I’m stronger today than I ever was before having my babies.

Every journey is unique, but I hope this reminds you that it’s possible to feel strong, confident, and proud of your body—just as I’ve found through mine. 💕
